As a ceremony facilitator, Tantra and conscious relationship practitioner, I’ve created a special cacao experience for couples who want to mark something meaningful in their relationship (an anniversary, a new step, an engagement…), or simply celebrate their love and share a moment of deep connection.

What to Expect :
During this two-hour ceremony, give yourselves the time and space to connect, be present, and celebrate your love.
While every couples ceremony I offer has a similar structure, I adapt the content to your wishes and needs. So, when you contact me, don’t hesitate to share the reason for your ceremony or any specific requests you may have.
Here is what to expect during this beautiful activity for couples:
1. Cacao Rituals
It starts like any cacao ceremony, with an introduction to cacao, its history, and its traditions. Each participant can drink two cups during the ceremony, which is the regular ceremonial dose.
2. A Moment of Deep Connection
We’ll explore some basic Tantra practices and rituals to help you be present and conscious, and create a space for a deeper, more profound connection with yourself and your partner.
3. Closing to Celebrate Your Love
We’ll finish with more rituals and mindful conversation, creating a meaningful way to close the ceremony and honour this moment together.

I’m Cara, a yoga teacher and somatic therapist, Traditional Tantra practitioner and ceremony facilitator here in Puerto Escondido. My work is rooted in creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience deeper connection.
I discovered cacao through my own journey here in Mexico and Guatemala, exploring ancestral traditions and rituals, plant medicine ceremonies, and the profound connection they can create. I love sharing the magic of cacao in a way that feels both grounded and meaningful.
